Ellen Degeneres has shared a special montage in tribute to Carrie Fisher of her funniest moments on her show that will make you laugh and cry.

The Star Wars actress passed away on December 27th after she suffered a heart attack on a transatlantic flight and many have opened up about the film legend.

Ellen introduced the clip, “I want to say something about my friend, Carrie Fisher.”

Carrie was a popular guest on the show and Ellen revealed that the American was recently on her show.

“I knew her for a long time. She has been on the show many times, and the last time was just a month ago,” she said on her ABC show.

“And I loved when she was here. She made me laugh so hard. She was smart, she was funny, she was hilariously honest about herself and the world around her.”

The clip then shows some of Carrie’s funniest moments on Ellen’s show.

When Carrie mentions to Ellen that she lives next door to her mum, Ellen asks, “Do you really? Did she move in there?”

“I think that’s her,” Carrie deadpans. “If that’s not her, I will be so p*ssed off.”

Ellen ends the tribute with, “I miss you, Carrie. I love ya.”
