Chrissy Teigen broke into tears on-stage after her husband, John Legend, presented her with Glamour’s Women of the Year award.
The model began by thanking her husband in a heartfelt speech, but soon broke down on-stage as emotion overtook her.
“I joke about it a lot, but I truly have the most incredible husband on the planet, you are our everything,” the mother-of-two said.
The author started to tear up, as she said:”You completely made me a woman. We’ve grown together. Our family’s grown together. Our careers have grown together.”
Following her tears, Chrissy snapped back into her hilarious self by saying: “This is so sappy. I’m sorry. I hate it. I didn’t cry during our wedding. I hate you, John, I really do.”
As the camera spanned to John, he laughed, while looking adoringly at his wife.
Before receiving her award, the 32-year-old spoke to Entertainment Tonight about how honoured she was: “Really it is an honour, and I see John accept these things all the time. You know, he has a whole shelf full of them, so now I have one too, so I’m very excited.”
John and Chrissy have been married for five years and have two children together, Luna, 2 and Miles, 5 months.
The 32-year-old stunned in a white shouldered gown with silver shoes, while John wore a navy pinstripe suit for the special night.
