WATCH: Chloe Grace Moretz reveals she worked as WAITRESS in Dublin

The actress said it was "terrifying"

Chloe Grace Moretz has revealed that she once worked as a waitress in Dublin.

The American actress took on the job while she was researching for her role in Neil Jordan’s upcoming thriller Greta, which was filmed in Ireland.

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Chloe revealed that she waited tables after completing two days of “training” at a “little place” in Dublin.

She confessed, “It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’m not kidding. I cannot write shorthand. I tried to upsell the specials.”

“I’m like, ‘And would you like macaroni and cheese with your steak?’ No one wants it. People were not happy with their meals. And I was like, ‘I’m so sorry.'”

The 22-year-old said Irish director Neil, who hails from Sligo, helped her get some experience at the restaurant.

She added: “I was like, ‘Listen, I don’t know how to do it. I know it takes a lot to understand the workings of a restaurant and how to do it all.”
