WATCH: Chance the Rapper proposes to his longterm love Kirsten Corley

The famed rapper popped the question on the Fourth of July

Chance the Rapper has proposed to his longterm girlfriend Kirsten Corley.

The Chicago native popped the question during a backyard party on the Fourth of July.

In a video posted on The Shade Room, the Grammy winner got down on one knee and said, “Kirsten Katrina Corley, will you make me a man and be my wife?”

In an adorable display, the couple’s daughter Kensli ran up to her parents after Kirsten accepted Chance’s proposal.

After the video of Chance’s proposal surfaced online, the rapper took to Twitter to tell his fans, “She said yes.”

Meanwhile, Chance’s brother Taylor Bennett wrote on Instagram, “Proposed In The Hunninds! @chancetherapper You A Real One! 7-4-18 #BlockBoys.”

The 25-year-old is notoriously private when it comes to his family, but paid a touching tribute to Kirsten on her birthday back in May.

He gushed, “From the beginning beginning to the end end. You are my oldest and best friend. You are responsible for everyone of the most wonderful things in my life.”

“I’m forever grateful that God made me find you, and even more grateful that you made me find God. Forever and ever babe. Happy Birthday.”
