Ariana Grande appears in the trailer for season two of Jim Carrey’s dark comedy series Kidding.
The singer has always been a huge fan of the actor, and recently linked up with Jim to film a cameo in the Showtime series.
In the teaser clip for the new season, Ariana can be seen talking to a puppet in a fairy costume.
Season two of Kidding picks up moments after season one’s cliffhanger, and with his beloved Mr. Pickles’ Puppet Time off the air for the first time in 30 years, Jeff Pickles (Jim Carrey) must find a way to communicate with his many fans who still need him.
Jeff creates a new and controversial method to talk directly to children across the world, only to become the target of animosity for the first time in his career.
Ariana recently teased her upcoming role by sharing a photo of her and Jim on set.
In a heartfelt post, the 26-year-old wrote: “Nothing is crazier than getting to work with and spend time with someone whom you’ve idolised and adored since before you could speak.”
“Actually, what’s even crazier is discovering that person to be more special and warm and generous in person than you ever could’ve imagined.”
“I get to make a tiny appearance on the hilarious and deeply moving show Kidding next season. This was a DREAM of an experience,” she continued.
“Thank you thank you thank you Jim and thank you Dave for having me. I have so much more to say but words actually can’t …. cover it.”
