The two men were arrested on Wednesday night, and a spokesperson for the Chicago Police has confirmed to Entertainment Tonight that it was the same two individuals who were captured on surveillance video.
It’s believed officers questioned Jussie once again about the attack on Thursday.
The news comes after the Empire star gave his first television interview since the attack on Good Morning America.
