The Kardashian-Jenner family reacted to Tristan Thompson’s paternity scandal in the latest episode of their Hulu reality show The Kardashians.
The NBA player’s paternity scandal hit headlines in December, putting an end to his relationship with Khloe Kardashian once and for all.
In a paternity lawsuit filed against him, personal trainer Maralee Nichols said she gave birth to a baby boy on December 1, 2021, and insisted Tristan was the father.
During the episode, Kim Kardashian broke the news to her sisters Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, and their mother Kris Jenner.
Speaking on the phone to Kris, Kim explained the details of the lawsuit, and revealed Khloe was completely unaware of the legal filing.
The 41-year-old said: “His whole declaration is in this thing, which says, ‘I, Tristan Thompson, met this girl in Houston. I slept with her on my 30th birthday.’ So I sent it to him and I said, ‘Does Khloe know about this?’ Khloe doesn’t even know.”
Kim then hopped on a call with Kourtney and Kylie, who asked: “Is Tristan the worst person on the planet?”

After explaining the legal filing to them, Kim said: “He’s asking for a paternity test and admitting that he had sex with her. Khloe threw him his 30th birthday.”
“So he went home from the 30th birthday party, went to Houston to play on the road—we can check his schedule—and then slept with this girl.”
After Kylie called Tristan’s cheating scandals a “never-ending swirl,” Kourtney said: “It’s never-ending betrayal, is what it is.”
Kim continued: “The whole thing that’s so sad is she wants a baby boy. And now this girl’s having a f**king baby boy, a f**king random that he sleeps with one night. F**k him.”

Kourtney then said Khloe didn’t “deserve this,” before Kylie added that this has to be her “final sign” to leave Tristan for good.
The episode then ended with Khloe calling Kim back, after she had sent her an article about the lawsuit
Kim asked Khloe: “Did you see what I sent you?”
Khloe then replied: “No. Hang on. What the f**k is this?”

Weeks after Tristan’s paternity scandal hit headlines in December, the NBA star revealed that he is, in fact, the baby’s father.
Tristan wrote on Instagram in January: “Today, paternity test results revealed that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols.”
“I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.”
“I sincerely apologise to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.”
Addressing Khloe directly, Tristan wrote: “Khloe, you don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation my actions have caused you.”
“You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you.”
“I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry,” he added.
Tristan is also father to his four-year-old son Prince, whom he shares with his ex Jordan Craig, and three-year-old daughter True, whom he shares with Khloe.
Khloe and Tristan first started dating back in 2016, but their relationship hit the rocks when the NBA star was accused of cheating – just days before Khloe gave birth to their daughter True in April 2018.
The reality star controversially decided to stand by Tristan, but less than one year later, he was caught kissing family friend Jordyn Woods at a house party in February 2019.
Khloe dumped the basketball player for good, but she decided to give their relationship another chance in 2020 – after they grew close during lockdown.
Months later, the couple split again in June 2021 after Tristan was accused of cheating with Instagram model Sydney Chase, but the pair reconciled towards the end of the year.
