Taylor Swift’s home intruder sentenced to six months in jail

Taylor Swift’s intruder has been sentenced to six months in jail after he broke into her New York City townhouse.

The criminal reportedly broke into her home using a ladder and broke a window, then showered and took a nap in the singer’s bed.

A neighbour reported the break-in back in April and when the police showed up to the property, they found the burglar asleep.

According to The New York Post’s Page Six, Roger Alvarado was sentenced to six months in jail after he pleaded guilty to criminal contempt and attempted burglary.

The stalker and super-fan also has to complete a mental health program during his time in prison.

Taylor has not commented on the sentencing, but has had a string of stalkers throughout her career.
