Taylor Swift addresses feud with Kimye during first Reputation Tour show

The singer opened up to her fans on stage

Taylor Swift addressed her famous feud with Kim Kardashian and Kanye West during her first Reputation Tour show in Arizona last night.

The singer fell out with the a-list couple over the lyrics in Kanye’s Famous track, in which he referred to her as “that b***h”.

After Taylor denied the fact that she had approved the lyrics, Kim leaked a video of Taylor and Kanye discussing the song’s lyrics during a phone conversation in the studio.

Speaking to the crowd last night, Taylor opened up about being labelled a “snake” on social media following the scandal, and admitted that she thought she’d never perform again because of it.

“A couple of years ago, someone called me a snake on social media and it caught on. And then a lot of people called me a lot of names on social media,” she said.

“I went through some really low times for a while because of it. I went through some times when I didn’t know if I was gonna get to do this anymore and I guess the snakes…

“I wanted to send a message to you guys that if someone uses name calling to bully you on social media and even if a lot of people jump on board with it, that doesn’t have to beat you. It can strengthen you instead.”

Following the very public feud, Taylor shied away from the limelight, before returning with her Reputation album last year.

The singer’s revenge single Look What You Made Me Do appeared to be aimed at Kanye, and Taylor has since embraced being labelled a “snake” by incorporating it into her music videos, outfits, and staging.

The news comes after Taylor and Katy Perry finally put an end for their feud, after Katy literally sent her an actual olive branch.
