Seth Rogen points out something crazy about Home Alone – and fans are losing their minds

We never knew this!

Seth Rogen has just pointed out something we never realised about Home Alone, and fans are going crazy.

During the festive season, many households will once again re-watch the Christmas classic Home Alone – and many fans of the film will recall the 1940s gangster flick Kevin McCallister watches in the movie.

The film was dubbed Angels with Filthy Souls, and many believed it was a real film – until Hollywood actor and comedian Seth told fans the truth.

Taking to Twitter on Christmas Day, Seth admitted: “My entire childhood, I thought the old timey movie that Kevin watches in Home Alone (Angels With Filthy Souls) was actually an old movie.”

Many were left baffled by Seth’s statement, including Captain America star Chris Evans.

Chris reposted Seth’s tweet, and wrote, “IT’S NOT????”

According to Vanity Fair, the Angels with Filthy Souls scenes were shot especially for Home Alone, and the film’s sequel.

The movie was actually a parody of the 1938 film Angels with Dirty Faces, and took one day to shoot using a set with only two walls.

Mind. Blown.
