Scooter Braun has addressed his ‘feud’ with Taylor Swift

The singer previously accused the music manager of 'manipulative bullying'

Scooter Braun has address his ‘feud’ with Taylor Swift.

The singer branded the music manager a “bully” back in May, after his company Ithaca Holdings bought Big Machine Label Group – which owns the rights to Taylor’s back catalogue.

Speaking on the Wide Open podcast with Tony Gonzales, Scooter spoke about his public war of words with Taylor, and insisted that he never acted with “malicious intent”.

Although he didn’t name Taylor, Scooter did address the controversy by saying: “I went through some drama recently…”

“It’s hard when you get attacked and it’s not based on any truth, but for that other person it may be based on truth but they don’t have all the information.”

The music mogul went on to explain that he’s willing to make amends with Taylor by having a conversation.

“That’s why I am always open to communication and having a conversation with someone and saying, ‘Maybe this was a misunderstanding and I am happy to have a conversation with you.'”

“But not everybody is willing to do that and you can’t go through life thinking you’re going to be friends and everyone is going to like you.”

“I don’t do anything with malicious intent. I try to do things above board. I try to do the right thing,” he said.

Scooter is adamant that the truth will come out about it one day.

“Not everyone’s gonna be happy with everything that you do. And I think in the long-term, I’ve learned this over time, the truth always comes out, and I’m confident in that,” he added.
