Robert De Niro has reportedly split from his wife, Grace Hightower, after 21 years of marriage.
The New York Post’s Page Six has reported that the 75-year-old is no longer living with Grace and their seven-year-old daughter Helen.
The couple wed back in 1997, and welcomed their first child together, Elliot, in 1998.
However, their romance took a dramatic turn when Robert filed for divorce in 1999, and sued Grace for custody of their son.
But then, the pair decided to give their relationship another shot before their divorce was ever finalised.
Years later, Robert and Grace seemed happier than ever, as they renewed their vows in 2004, in front of a host of a-list stars – including Martin Scorsese, Meryl Streep, and Ben Stiller.
The couple went on to welcome their second child together, Helen, in 2011 via surrogate.
