Rob Kardashian suing Blac Chyna ‘for strangling him with iPhone cord’

The reality star is suing her for alleged assault, battery and vandalism

Rob Kardashian has reportedly filed a lawsuit against his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna for alleged assault, battery and vandalism.

US website The Blast has reported that Rob is alleging that Chyna punched him in the face and attempted to strangle him with an iPhone charging cable during a blazing row on December 14, 2016.

Rob also claimed that Chyna caused $100,000 worth of damage to the house he was renting from his sister Kylie Jenner.

Chyna allegedly smashed a TV, broke down doors, and kicked in walls while on a rampage – which was reportedly fuelled by drugs and alcohol.

The alleged incident happened just a month after the couple welcomed their daughter, Dream Renee Kardashian.

Since their nasty split earlier this year, Rob got caught up in a revenge porn lawsuit after he posted x-rated images of Chyna on his social media accounts in July amid claims that she had cheated on him.

Speaking about Rob’s latest lawsuit, a pal told People, “It makes sense on their part to come up with a counter claim for the very real claim made against him.”

“Clearly he’s talking about their breakup that he put on Snapchat when she left the house. This all happened before Christmas. If he had an issue in December he should have raised that.”

The new lawsuit comes just a week after the pair settled on a custody agreement.
