Rob Kardashian ‘files to trademark daughter’s name’ amid child support battle with Blac Chyna

Rob Kardashian has reportedly filed to trademark his daughter Dream’s name – amid his ongoing child support battle with Blac Chyna.

The reality star shares his two-year-old daughter with his ex-fiancée, who he is currently in a legal battle with.

According to The Blast, the 31-year-old reportedly hopes “to market the toddler’s name for a number of merchandising opportunities.”

In a statement to trademarking officials, Rob said that Dream could be the face of children’s projects, such as toys and electronic games.

“I Robert Kardashian, hereby state that I am the parent of Dream Kardashian, a minor, and give my consent to the registration of Dream Kardashian’s name and/or nickname to Kardashian Incorporated,” the statement said.

Over the past few months, Rob and Chyna have been embroiled in a nasty court battle, and in December – Rob reportedly petitioned the court to lower his $20,000 monthly child support payment, after he claimed he couldn’t afford to pay it.

The 31-year-old is following in his sisters’ footsteps by trademarking his daughter’s name, as it was recently reported that Kim, Khloe and Kylie filed paperwork to trademark their children’s names.

The KarJenner family are reportedly planning on selling products in relation to their little ones in the future.
