Rihanna has injured her face after an accident on an electric scooter.
In photographs obtained by MailOnline, the singer was spotted with a black eye and facial bruising after the scooter “smacked her in the face” earlier this week.
Her rep told TMZ that Rihanna was “on an e-scooter a few days ago and ate it after the scooter flipped over, smacking her in the face and forehead”.
The news comes just weeks after Simon Cowell was rushed to hospital after breaking his back, after he fell off his electric bike in Malibu.
Simon’s representative told People at the time: “Simon has broken his back and will be having surgery this evening.
“Simon had a fall from his bike on Saturday afternoon whilst testing his new electric bike in the courtyard at his house in Malibu with his family,” they continued.
“He hurt his back and was taken to the hospital. He’s doing fine, he’s under observation and is in the best possible hands.”
