Rami Malek was treated by medics after he fell off-stage following his Best Actor win for Bohemian Rhapsody.
The actor also gushed over his girlfriend and co-star, Lucy Boynton during his acceptance speech.
“Lucy Boynton, you’re the heart of this film. You’re beyond immensely talented. You have captured my heart. Thank you so much,” he said.
While he made his way off-stage at the end of the ceremony, the 37-year-old fell and was surrounded by paramedics within seconds.

According to People, Rami was moved to a private area backstage where he received treatment for possible injuries.
The actor reportedly wasn’t able to pose for photos with other huge winners after the fall, including Olivia Colman and Regina King, as he was with the medics.
Rami did make it to the press room though and spoke about his Best Actor win, as he said: “The one thing I can say about this, as an actor, there are so many of us who dream of one thing. Perhaps it’s not this, it’s just getting a job.”
“The fact that I have this is beyond any expectation that myself or my family could have ever had. I’ll just say that.”
