A grand jury had come together last week to investigate an alleged sex tape with R. Kelly and a minor.
TMZ report that two women testified for the grand jury over the last week, with one woman also giving physical evidence.
Prosecutors will reportedly appear before a judge today seeking an arrest warrant for Kelly.
