Pink was admitted to hospital, a week after cancelling her Sydney concerts.
The singer was criticised online after being spotted on a beach last week after cancelling her shows, with fans thinking that she had just ‘pulled a sickie’.
The 38-year-old took to Instagram to defend herself, with a lengthy post about “parasite paparazzi” convincing fans that she was not actually sick.
The mother-of-two was brought to hospital over the weekend due to dehydration and was later discharged.
Pink was then admitted to hospital once again yesterday, and was diagnosed with a gastric virus.
The singer will stay in hospital until she finishes her treatment.
Touring company, Live Nation, tweeted the updates about Pink and said that there’ll be further announcements when they receive more information.
