Thousands of people turned out to watch the annual Pride Parade in New York City on Sunday.
The parade attracts thousands of spectators every year, to watch members of the LGBTQ community take part in the parade on floats and march the streets of New York.
As always, the parade attracted some stars too – including Lady Gaga, Heidi Klum, and our favourite stars from Queer Eye and 13 Reasons Why.

Lady Gaga
Lady Gaga has long been an advocate for LGBTQ rights and equality – and she really dressed for the occasion on Sunday.
Stepping out for the Pride Parade, the singer rocked a rainbow-inspired outfit, complete with poker straight blonde hair.
Taking to Instagram, Gaga wrote, “I love the lgbtq ????️???? community more than I can say. So I’ll sing it instead. Forever. And that’s a NY promise. One love!❤#equality.”
Cynthia Nixon
Cynthia Nixon led a section of the Pride Parade in NYC with her wife Christine Marinoni, just two days after announcing that her child is transgender.
The Sex and the City wore a shirt that said ‘C loves NY’ as she greeted fans in the crowd.
Cynthia walked in the parade, just days after she openly shared that her 21-year-child Samuel, born Samantha, is transgender.
Sharing a picture at Samuel’s graduation, she wrote on Instagram, “I’m so proud of my son Samuel Joseph Moses (called Seph) who graduated college this month. I salute him and everyone else marking today’s #TransDayofAction. #TDOA.”
Samuel, who prefers to be called Seph, was born Samantha Mozes in November 1996 to Cynthia and her then-partner Danny Mozes.
13 Reasons Why Stars
Some of the biggest stars from hit Netflix drama 13 Reasons Why celebrated Pride in New York City yesterday.
The show’s stars, including Brandon Flynn, Tommy Dorfman, and Kate Walsh, were all spotted at the Pride Parade – and shared some cute snaps together.
Brandon, who plays Justin in 13 Reasons Why, is famously dating Sam Smith – but the singer was nowhere to be seen in any of Brandon’s social media snaps.
Queer Eye Stars
Of course, the Fab Five from our favourite Netflix series Queer Eye turned out for the annual Pride Parade in NYC.
Both Jonathan Van Ness and Bobby Berk travelled through the parade on different floats – Jonathan teamed up with Smirnoff for the occasion, while Bobby was spotted on living it up on the Lyft float.
Later that evening, Jonathan met up with his fellow Queer Eye stars Antoni Porowski and Tan France to watch Florence Welsh perform – and it looked pretty magical!
Heidi Klum
Another star spotted at Pride was Heidi Klum.
The America’s Got Talent judge brought her eight-year-old daughter Lou out to celebrate Pride week, and she shared a gorgeous snap of Lou sitting on her shoulders.
Heidi captioned the post, “Happy Pride ❤???????????????????? #love #liveandletlive #nyc.”
