Patrick J Adams has opened up on having to delete his Instagram because of his co-star Meghan Markle.
Meghan is currently one of the most famous faces in the world since she has come out as Prince Harry’s girlfriend.
The actor reveals that he was simply posting a sentimental photo of him and his co-star of 6 years – when all hell broke loose.
“I posted this old photo I had found of Meghan and I on set. I went to bed, and woke up in the morning and realised ‘Oh, yeah. I live in a world where you can’t post things about Meghan.'”

He continued to tell Esquire, “I had this onslaught of people retweeting the thing, people thinking it was a recent picture, and I just thought, ‘What the hell is going on?’
“It was such an innocent moment of sentimentality that was twisted into something totally different. It made me feel like… why put myself through this?
“We’re like brother and sister, it’s not like it was lurid or anything, but it just became a story that people wanted to talk about.”
He also revealed he hasn’t ruled out going back to social media at some point, but for now he’s finding the blackout to be a relief.
