Patrick J. Adams has congratulated his former co-star Meghan Markle on the birth of her first baby.
The former Suits star and her husband Prince Harry welcomed a baby boy on Monday morning.
Taking to Twitter, Meghan’s pal Patrick tweeted: “Just heard that the world just got heavier by 7 pounds and 3 ounces. Much love to him and his incredible parents.”
“Learned first hand 7 months ago how transformational becoming a parent is and couldn’t be happier for Meghan and Harry as they begin this adventure.”

The actor also suggested that the royal baby will be pals with his own little girl, who he welcomed last year with Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario, by adding the hashtag “#playdatesoon”.
Meghan and Patrick starred as Rachel Zane and Mike Ross in Suits from 2010, but left the show in late 2017 – around the time Meghan announced her engagement to Prince Harry.
The pair, who played on-screen lovers, have remained good friends ever since – and Patrick even attending her wedding to Prince Harry in May last year.
