Olivia Newton-John has revealed she’s battling breast cancer, and it’s already spreading.
The singer has put her U.S. and Canadian tour on hold after discovering she has cancer.
Taking to Twitter, the Grease star said in a statement that she was reluctantly postponing her tour.
“The back pain that initially caused her to postpone the first half of her concert tour, has turned out to be breast cancer that has metastasized to the sacrum,” her statement read.
“In addition to natural wellness therapies, Olivia will complete a short course of photon radiation therapy and is confident she will be back later in the year, better than ever, to celebrate her shows.
“She plans to be touring in August. They’re all very positive,” a source close to the Grammy winner told PEOPLE.
