Naomi Campbell ‘attacked’ by likely the same gang who targeted Kim Kardashian in Paris

Naomi Campbell has revealed that she was once attacked in Paris, by likely the same gang who targeted her friend Kim Kardashian last October.

The supermodel, who was with Kim in Paris just two days before she was robbed of millions by a gang of thugs, admitted that she can sympathise with her a-list pal as she was once targeted by criminals in the French capital back in 2012.

Speaking on The Wendy Williams Show, she said, “I sympathise with [Kim] a lot because in 2012 I was attacked in Paris.”

The British star revealed that the robbers followed her from the airport, and that her driver was “in on” the attack. “I went to the car and it wasn’t my normal driver… It was November and all the windows were rolled down… It was freezing cold… I was like, ‘Wait a minute, this is weird!'”

“They opened my car door, and said, ‘Naomi Campbell, we’re gonna kill you!’ I had taken a plane from Switzerland… and I didn’t call for security (at the airport).

“In a very split moment – I don’t know if I’d ever do this again in hindsight: ‘Am I gonna let this guy take my bag with all my passports or am I gonna fight for it?’ And my decision was, ‘I am not letting my bag go!'”

Naomi revealed that she didn’t go public with the attack because she didn’t want to cause a media circus, but admitted that the same gang has been targeting celebrities in France for years – and they were likely the culprits who attacked Kim Kardashian.

“It’s a whole ring that’s been happening for a few years now…,” she said.

“So, I very much sympathise with her [Kim], and I felt for her right away, I hated hearing these stories that it wasn’t true, it’s absolute true and it happened to me. And it’s happened to a few other people, but it’s not for me to say, that are well-known too.”

Meanwhile, in a new promo for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim can be seen opening up about the terrifying robbery for the first time.
