Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson has welcomed his first child with husband Justin Mikita.
The 44-year-old, who played Mitchell Pritchett in the popular comedy series, announced the exciting news via People magazine.
The couple’s rep told the outlet: “Jesse and Justin welcomed their little bundle of joy Beckett Mercer Ferguson-Mikita on July 7, 2020.”
“The new parents are overjoyed and excited for this new journey as a family of three.”
The actor revealed that he was going to become a parent on The Late Late Show With James Corden back in January.
He said: “This is something I haven’t even mentioned to anyone if we could just keep it between the three of us and you all, but I’m actually expecting a baby in July with my husband.”
Jesse and Justin tied the knot back in July 2013.
