Melania Trump wore a green leopard print dress for the celebration of St Patrick’s Day in the United States of America.
The First Lady looked happier than usual when welcoming the Taoiseach, who she referred to as the ‘Prime Minister’, to the White House.
The Taoiseach has been touring America for the past few days ahead of St Patrick’s Day.
The green dress complimented her olive skin.
It was designed by Brandon Maxwell, a New York stylist who has also worked with Lady Gaga.

In a very 21st century exchange Donald Trump tweeted that he was honoured by Leo’s visit, which the Taoiseach then retweeted.
“It was my honor to welcome Prime Minister Leo Varadkar of Ireland to the @WhiteHouse!”

People have amusingly questioned whether Melania knows the origin of St Patrick’s Day on Twitter with one user taking the holiday as an excuse to slate her husband.
“Do you even know what St. Patrick’s Day is about? St. Patrick drove all of the snakes out of Ireland into the ocean and your husband has dredged them all up and put them in his cabinet. ????????????????????????????????????”
Trump is currently embroiled in a controversial legal battle with Stormy Daniels who it is alleged he had an affair with and then paid to silence her.
