Luke Perry’s daughter, Sophie got a school in Malawi named after him.
The actor died last month, following a large stroke just days beforehand.
The final Riverdale episode starring Luke was aired last week and now Sophie has revealed that a school has been named her father.
The teenager took to Instagram to a share a photo on front of the school and said: “thank you to everybody who donated to help with our projects! Our first school is finished and I can’t tell you how proud and excited I am to see it open on Wednesday.”
“Thank you to my amazing partner Ruben for everything. Especially for fighting to name the school after my dad.”
The 18-year-old is currently working on projects in Malawi to help “the development of preschools in rural communities.”
