Lizzo has apologized after sharing the name and photo of a delivery worker to her social media.
The singer ordered a meal from American delivery service Postmates, which enlists regular people registered with the app to delivery food and products to users.
Lizzo faced backlash after sharing the personal information of her delivery worker when she was annoyed that she had not received her delivery as anticipated.
“I apologize for putting that girl on blast,” she tweeted.
“I understand I have a large following and that there were so many variables that could’ve put her in danger.”
“Imma really be more responsible with my use of social media and check my petty and my pride at the door.”

In a previous post, Lizzo shared the woman’s photo, and according to TooFab, wrote: “Hey @Postmates this girl ******* stole my food.”
‘She lucky I don’t fight no more.”
A spokesperson for Postmates said: “As soon as Lizzo reached out, we looked into the matter and quickly resolved the issue. We apologize to Lizzo for any inconvenience.”
