Kim Kardashian West has reached 100 million followers on Instagram.
She’s a businesswoman, model, reality TV star, mother and the wife of the equally famous Kanye West.
The star has always had a huge online following, but last night Kim reached became one of the six people in the world to reach 100 million followers.
The mother of two thanked her fans by posting a picture of daughter North on Instagram.
She captioned the sweet picture, “She has no clue what 100 million followers means but she’s excited cause I’m excited lol thanks for the follows and the love.”
Despite the astronomical following, Kim has a long way to go if she is to become the most followed woman on Instagram.
Justin Bieber’s ex, Selena Gomez, has 120 million followers and wears the Instagram crown.
Ariana Grande is in second position with a respectable 105 million followers and Bad Blood singer Taylor Swift sits in third place with 102 million followers.
Kim might not have the most followers on Instagram, but she is in the lead when it comes to the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan.
Kim’s youngest sister, Kylie Jenner, follows closely behind her with 93.8 million followers.
Kim seems delighted with the achievement. So much so, that she is giving away 100 LuMee cases to celebrate the big news.
