A company suing Kim Kardashian have had a $100million lawsuit thrown out of court.
The case related to phone covers one of Kim’s companies, Kimisaprincess, made with companies Inc and LuMee, that had a selfie light built in to them.
Kim received a patent for these products in 2016 while the company suing her obtained one in 2013.
TMZ report that the lawsuit was ‘tossed out of court’.
‘Kim’s side is thrilled with the outcome,’ an insider told the website.
The lawsuit cannot be refiled and no money exchanged hands in out of court settlements either.
Snaplight and LuMee recently dismissed a similar case.
The lawsuit was probably the last thing on Kim’s mind lately as both herself and Kylie are enjoying time with their new babies.
