Kim Kardashian sues fast fashion company for ‘damages in excess of $10 million’

Kim Kardashian is reportedly suing fast fashion companies for “damages in excess of $10 million” after copying some of her designer outfits.

The reality star slammed fast fashion companies earlier this week when she saw Fashion Nova advertise a copy of the 1998 Thierry Mugler vintage gown.

According to TMZ, the 38-year-old filed a lawsuit against Missguided USA and is seeking “damages in excess of $10 million.”

The documents Kim filed reportedly cite “multiple instances where Missguided posted its own versions of outfits Kim was photographed wearing.”

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star allegedly included photos of her own social media posts alongside the company’s posts to show the similarities and misrepresentation.

TMZ also reported: “Missguided often tags her on their social media posts and includes photos of her giving people the wrong idea that she’s working with the co.”

“She’s asking a judge for an injunction to immediately stop Missguided from using her image and she wants damages in excess of $10 million.”
