Kim Kardashian slams claims her family caught Covid on controversial birthday trip

Kim Kardashian has slammed claims her family caught Covid-19 on her controversial birthday trip.

Back in October, the reality star was branded “tone deaf” for flying her family and friends to a private island to celebrate her 40th birthday amid the coronavirus pandemic.

During the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, viewers learned that Kim and her two children North and Saint contracted the coronavirus in November.

After the episode aired, BuzzFeedNews published an article pointing out that they contracted the virus just weeks after their private island vacation.

However, the 40-year-old has since clarified that they caught the virus from Saint’s school.

The mother-of-four reposted the article on Twitter, alongside the caption: “False. Nobody caught Covid from the trip.”

“Saint was the first to have it in our family and he caught it from school from another student who tested positive first.”

“I then developed symptoms and got it a few days after he coughed on me while caring for him,” she added.

On the latest episode of the Gosscast, Alexandra Ryan and Kendra Becker talk the return of Love Island, Real Housewives, and the final season of KUWTK.

The girls also talk through some of the biggest stories of the week – including 2fm’s new breakfast show, the chaos of Eurovision, and Maura Higgins’ rumoured new love interest…
