Kim Kardashian has revealed that her three-year-old son Saint suffered a terrifying allergic reaction over the weekend.
The reality star was chatting to fans on Twitter about the latest episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, when she recalled the scary moment.
When one fan pointed out how “calm” Kim appeared in the episode while she was talking to her husband Kanye West about moving to Chicago, the mother-of-three replied: “It doesn’t benefit you to not be calm. But let me tell you when one of my kids get injured or anything and I’m screaming and freaking everyone out.”

Another fan then tweeted: “A mother becomes a lioness when she needs to protect her children,” and Kim replied, “I did it this weekend when my Sainty had an allergic reaction and I jumped over the table like a hurdle lol Screamed call 911 and Khloe had to calm me down!”
“I’m either super zen or so dramatic!” she added.
As well as Saint – Kim and Kanye are parents to North, 5, and Chicago, 14 months.
The couple are also expecting their fourth child via surrogate.
