Kim Kardashian will get the $60 million Hidden Hills home she shared with Kanye West in their divorce, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
A source told Entertainment Tonight that despite rumors of a reconciliation between Kimye, the former couple are moving forward with their divorce and divvying up assets.
The insider said: “Kim and Kanye are in a very good place, but they aren’t getting back together… Kanye agreed to give Kim the house because it’s close to her family and they didn’t want to uproot the kids from their routine.”
“Kanye has told friends he’d give Kim whatever she wants, as he loves her and knows he’ll be fine financially. The two have had a very amicable divorce and remain very close,” the source added.
According to the publication, Kanye will also be selling one of his ranches in Wyoming – listing his Monster Lake Ranch property for $11 million.
Kim filed for divorce from her rapper beau back in February after seven years of marriage.
But since then, the former couple have sparked rumours they’re set to reconcile.
At Kanye’s album listening party in Chicago back in August, Kim stepped out in a Balenciaga Couture wedding gown during his final performance.
Some fans thought it was their way of announcing they were back together, while others believed Kimye were publicly renewing their wedding vows.
But a source has since told US Weekly that the former couple are still separated, and are working on their friendship and coparenting relationship.
The former couple tied the knot in 2014, and share four children – North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
