Kim Kardashian FINALLY announces the name of her new baby

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally shared the name of their fourth child with the world.

The reality star took to social media to announce they have named their son Psalm West.

Baby Plasm (pronounced ‘Sam’) arrived last Friday, and is the couples’ fourth child and second via surrogate. He was reported to weigh 6lbs and 9oz at birth.

Taking to Instagram and Twitter, Kim shared a text message from husband Kanye which read:

“Beautiful Mother’s Day. With the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure.”

It’s the first time the pair have shared a picture of their latest addition to the family.

Fans of the couple speculated heavily that the child would be named Teddy or Bear, after Kim’s heavy use of the teddy bear emoji in her social media postings about her baby shower.

She also previously told Jimmy Kimmel that Rob was an option, named after her father and brother.

The name Psalm of course means “a sacred song or hymn, in particular any of those contained in the biblical Book of Psalms and used in Christian and Jewish worship.”

It comes amid Kanye’s increasingly popular ‘Sunday Service’ sessions, with many speculating the rapper is staring his own church.

The reality TV queen and business mogul was advised not to have further pregnancies.

She even tried an unsuccessful operation to better her chances of safely carrying a third child, before turning to surrogacy.

Baby Psalm could be the last addition to the Kardashian-West branch of the famous family.

The power couple are already parents to North, Saint and Chicago.

Kim told Elle magazine in the past that a fourth child would probably be their last.

“I don’t think I could handle more than that. My time is spread really thin,” she said at the time.

“And I think it’s important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids.”
