Kim Kardashian has left fans confused after her latest snap appeared to show six toes on her left foot.
The reality star took to Instagram on Wednesday to share more photos from her recent 40th birthday trip, with one photo in particular catching the eye of her followers.
In a photo of the SKIMS founder alongside close friend La La Anthony wearing stunning dresses, fans were instead drawn to her foot.
Alongside the photo, Kim wrote: “Now that I have your attention…this is a reminder to VOTE. 6 days.”
Taking to Twitter, one fan responded: “So cool of you to show off your 6th toe in an effort to remind us there are 6 days left until Election Day!”
Another tweeted: “Kim do you have 6 toes or not !!!!”, while a third wrote: “Am I the only one who noticed she has 6 toes?”

This is not the first time fans have questioned whether Kim has an extra toe, with her hilariously responding to the theory last month.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Kim filmed her left foot and said: “Everyone thinks that I have six toes, and it’s really wild.”
The KUWTK star pointed out that she only has five toes, but explained that when she pushes down her foot, it looks like she has an extra toe.
She said: “But it’s this, part of my foot, that when I wear a shoe just like this it like smashes down right here and in a picture. I don’t know why, it looks like a sixth toe.”
Speaking to the camera, Kim then said: “I hope that answered my sixth toe question. Because I only have five toes on each foot.”
The conversation surrounding Kim’s feet seemed to amuse her sisters, as Khloe and Kourtney could be heard laughing and singing in the background of Kim’s video.
