Kris Jenner has shared an update on how her daughter Kim Kardashian is doing amid her divorce from Kanye West.
On February 19, the KKW Beauty founder officially filed the divorce papers, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason she is ending her marriage to the rapper.
Kim’s momager Kris spoke with Ellen DeGeneres on her chat show on Thursday, and while Ellen didn’t mention the split directly, she asked Kris how her daughter is doing amid this tough time.
Kris, 65, responded: “Kim’s good. She’s really busy, working on all of her different projects…”
“She’s so focused. Her study time is all blocked out, so nothing else can get in the way.”
“I don’t know how she does it, with all [my] grandbabies. She’s got a lot of energy, that kid,” the reality star added.
Speaking about Kim’s bar exams, the momager said: “She’s just passionate about the whole thing and everything she stands for, and I see her studying.”
“It’s in her schedule every single day, when I get all the schedules for the kids. I’m so proud of her.”
“I think that’s a big motivation for her, having her dad do what he did. She always looked up to her dad, and that was her idol,” Kris revealed, referencing her late ex-husband Robert Kardashian.
Kim and Kanye tied the knot back in 2014, after their close friendship turned romantic.
In the divorce filing, Kim requested joint legal and physical custody of her and Kanye’s four children – North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1.
The news comes after Caitlyn Jenner dropped a major hint that Kim will discuss her divorce on KUWTK.
