Khloe Kardashian has opened up about her rumoured reconciliation with Tristan Thompson, revealing that they are in a “really good space.”
The reality star spoke about co-parenting with the basketball star, who share two-year-old True.
“You know what, Tristan and I are in a really good space,” the 36-year-old told Andy Cohen.
The couple faced a very public split last February, after Tristan was caught kissing family friend Jordyn Woods at a house party.
“It’s like I have to be an adult. Why make it difficult for myself for the rest of my life? I have to deal with him,” Khloe added.
“He’s [True’s] dad and he’s a great dad to her so I’m not gonna drag my feet, I’ll make it as good as I can.”
“Because that would just be harder on me. And so, it’s in a really good place. I praise things like that.”
Last week, Khloe took to Instagram this morning to share a cryptic message about what “loyalty” means – following rumours the pair had rekindled their relationship.
“Loyalty is only revealed in the presence of other opportunities,” the post began.
“You don’t know if someone is loyal until they have the opportunity not to be. Loyalty is revealed in the presence of other opportunities.”
“Loyalty is revealed by someone’s actions in your absence.”
The former couple sparked reunion rumours last month, after Khloe shared snaps from her 36th birthday celebrations.
In the photos, Khloe could be seen wearing a pear-shaped diamond on her ring finger, fuelling rumours they may be engaged.
Prior to this, a source told People magazine that it’s “very possible” Khloe will rekindle their romance as they’ve spent a lot of time together in lockdown.
The insider said: “The lockdown made them closer. They hadn’t spent this much time together since they lived in Cleveland. They have had an amazing spring with True in L.A.”
“Tristan has been on his best behaviour. Khloe is definitely charmed by him. If he is able to keep things up, it’s very possible that Khloe would get back with him,” the source added.
