Khloe Kardashian has opened up about her pregnancy for the first time.
The 33-year-old, who announced that she’s expecting her first child with boyfriend Tristan Thompson last month, appeared on The Ellen Show to spill all about her first pregnancy.
“At the beginning, the first trimester is the worst and no one knows you’re pregnant yet and you feel the most uncomfortable,” she said.
“I think once people know you’re pregnant, you get all the excuses. Hopefully I look pregnant, not just fat. It’s hard for me to breathe right now. I’m gonna try to not wear maternity clothes as long as possible.”
After months of speculation about her pregnancy, Khloe finally confirmed the news in a touching post on Instagram.
“I just wanted to do something myself and write something that was heartfelt for me. I’ve wanted to have a baby for so long it’s just the perfect timing,” she said. “God always has a plan and I just wanted to do it on my time and when I felt comfortable to do so.”
Khloe’s boyfriend Tristan is already father to his one-year-old son Prince, who he had with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig in December 2016.
By the time Jordan gave birth, the pair had split and Tristan was dating Khloe for about two months.
Speaking about Tristan, Khloe gushed, “[He’s] such a good dad. He’s so great just during pregnancy and he makes me more excited too. I’m excited.”
On the topic of marriage, Khloe insisted that she’s in no rush to walk down the aisle again.
Khloe famously married her troubled ex-boyfriend Lamar Odom after just one month of knowing each other back in 2009, but the pair finally divorced in 2016.
“We’re not in any rush for that,” Khloe said. “As you know I’ve rushed quite a few things before.”
“Right now, I’m so loving the place I’m in and very happy with how things are going. We talk about it for sure. What’s meant to be will be.”
