Kevin Spacey was pulled over by police on Monday, just hours after he pleaded not guilty to indecent assault and battery in court.
A Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority Spokesperson told E! News, “Kevin Spacey was pulled over earlier today by Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority Police officers for speeding. The officers gave Spacey a verbal warning and did not issue a ticket.”
The actor was on his way home from his arraignment in the Nantucket District Court.
Kevin has been accused of sexually assaulting a teenager at The Club Car restaurant and bar in Nantucket back in 2016.
According to CNN, a not-guilty plea was entered on the 59-year-old’s behalf by his lawyers.
The former House of Cards star was released without having to pay bail after a 10-minute hearing.
The judge scheduled the next court date for 4 March, and if he’s found guilty, Kevin could face up to five years in prison.
