Kendall and Kylie Jenner have expressed their concern for Khloe Kardashian after her recent weight loss.
During the latest episode of The Kardashians, which joined Disney+ today, Kim Kardashian checked in on Khloe following news of Tristan Thompson’s paternity lawsuit.
The SKIMS founder commented: “You look very skinny. I will say that Kendall and Kylie, not that I’m trying to out them, but they did text me and say that they were a little concerned for you, because you’re really skinny.”

Khloe quipped: “And Kendall said it, the model. Wow.”
Kim told the Good American founder that she defended her as just being “a bit stressed”.
She said: “I said, ‘No, guys, she’s fine.’ And I said, ‘You absolutely have every right to be concerned, but I’m telling you she’s fine.'”
Khloe later said in a confessional: “Going through what I went through with Tristan was incredibly hard.”
“The hardest part about it all is training yourself to unlove someone. This was my life for six years. And we weren’t just a couple—we genuinely were best friends,” the 38-year-old explained.
“He was my work out buddy. We did all these things together. And so learning how to undo all those things, that takes time. Just because someone does you dirty doesn’t mean you fall out of love with them instantly.”
Khloe then told Kim that she and Tristan had been in the “best place” before his paternity scandal emerged, asking: “When we’re in the peak of our relationship, you go and cheat on me?”
“I don’t even want to know what you do in the worst of our relationship. I’m just like, ‘Shame on me’. I know better and I didn’t do better because I had so much hope and faith. All of it sucks and it’s humiliating.”
In the same episode, Khloe revealed Tristan secretly proposed to her in December 2020, but she rejected him because she wasn’t “comfortable” with where they were in their relationship.
Khloe and Tristan first started dating back in 2016, but their relationship hit the rocks when the NBA star was accused of cheating – just days before Khloe gave birth to their daughter True in April 2018.
The reality star controversially decided to stand by Tristan, but less than one year later, he was caught kissing family friend Jordyn Woods at a house party in February 2019.
Khloe dumped the basketball player, but she decided to give their relationship another chance in 2020 – after they grew close during lockdown.
Months later, the couple split again in June 2021 after Tristan was accused of cheating with Instagram model Sydney Chase, but the pair reconciled towards the end of the year.
Just weeks later, Tristan’s paternity scandal hit headlines in December, putting an end to his relationship with Khloe once and for all.
After a paternity test confirmed that Tristan is the father of personal trainer Maralee Nichols’ son, he took to his Instagram Stories to publicly apologise to Khloe.
He wrote: “Today, paternity test results revealed that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols.”
“I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son. I sincerely apologise to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.”
Addressing Khloe directly, Tristan wrote: “Khloe, you don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation my actions have caused you.”
“You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry.”
Shortly after Tristan’s paternity scandal hit headlines, his and Khloe’s surrogate became pregnant with their second child, who they welcomed at the end of July.
The former couple have not yet revealed the name of their son, but shared a glimpse of him during the season 2 premiere of The Kardashians.
