Kate Beckinsale’s ex-boyfriend Matt Rife has warned her new beau Pete Davidson to “be careful”.
The 45-year-old actress started dating the 25-year-old comedian last month, but Kate’s former lover has advised Pete to “run”.
When asked if he had any advice for Pete, Matt told TMZ: “Man to man, run. Enjoy it while you can. I don’t have any solid advice just be careful.”
Matt, who is also a comedian, dated Kate back in 2017 when he was aged 21.

Speaking about their relationship, he said: “We dated for a year and it was complicated, for sure. [There were] a lot of ups and downs but she’s moved on and I’m happy.”
When asked if there’s any chance he would get back with Kate, Matt said “not a chance”.
The news comes after Kate and Pete were spotted packing on the PDA at a hockey game at Madison Square Garden in NYC earlier this week.

A source has told The Sun Online, “Kate loves to laugh, and he makes her laugh all the time. She wanted more fun in her life and with him, she’s got it.”
“She’s head over heels for him. They spend so much time together – they never run out of things to talk about.”
“They’re getting serious. It’s officially a relationship now,” the insider added.
