Kate Beckinsale has slammed an online troll for criticising her “dating choices”, amid reports that she’s dating SNL star Pete Davidson.
The pair were first linked after they were seen ‘flirting’ at a Golden Globes after party, and they’ve been spotted on a number of ‘dates’ ever since.
While the 45-year-old actress seems happy with the 25-year-old comedian, some fans aren’t impressed by their alleged romance.
Commenting under her latest post on Instagram, Instagram user @bobojackdaddy wrote, “Disappointed in your dating choices.”
Much to their surprise, Kate cheekily replied: “@bobojackdaddy fairly let down by your wonky beard but thought possibly rude to say.”
This isn’t the first time Kate has responded to trolls over her relationship with Pete.
After her alleged romance with the comedian hit headlines, one fan commented under a picture of Kate’s mother on Instagram, saying, “Dear heavens, Kate. Not Pete Davidson.”
Kate hilariously replied: “No that’s my mother. Easy mistake.”
