According to Page Six, the pair used a surrogate and were spotted out with their baby girl over the weekend.
The 41-year-old is known for leading a very private life and was spotted pushing a buggy last month, just days before her husband was seen carrying a baby’s car seat.
Jessica and Gian Luca were dating for six years before they tied the knot in Italy last year.
