Jennifer Garner and her daughter, Violet, had to be rescued from a kayaking trip in Sweden.
The actress took her eldest daughter for a short kayaking trip yesterday, but the pair got lost after going too far and contacted the kayak rental company to get rescued.
Jennifer took to Instagram to tell fans what happened, writing, “On a pre-middle-school sneak away with my eldest…Did I get us lost in a kayak? Yes.”
She continued, “Did we paddle as hard as we could for 100 hours and end up in a shipping lane? I’m afraid so. ???? Did we have to be rescued? Yup.”
The 46-year-old also posted a snap on her Instagram Story with the staff member who rescued her and Violet.
She wrote, “If you’ve seen my post today… This is Mattius! Our savior! Thank you @hipsterpersson!”
The kayak rental company also took to Instagram to thank their employee for finding the actress and her daughter.
“Mattias got into a kayak of his own and started searching for them. Fortunately he found them not too far away and was able to guide them back to our rental,” the company wrote.
