Jamie Lynn Spears has denied claims her sister Britney bought her a holiday home in Florida.
Last week, The Sun reported that a $1m condo Jamie frequently visits was purchased through a trust that Britney has owned since 2000.
The 30-year-old has since addressed the claims on Instagram, alongside photos from her family’s recent trip to Florida.

Jamie wrote: “I don’t own a condo, and I can assure you that no one has ever bought me a place at the beach, because I prefer my beach vacations at the Ritz anyway.”
“Simple FACTS. Y’all need to stop reachin’. Thankful to get this time with my family in between our busy work and practice schedules with the kids lol.”
The first part of Jamie’s Instagram caption has since been deleted.
The actress has also disabled comments on her Instagram posts.
Earlier this month, Jamie claimed she was the only member of her family who is not on Britney’s payroll, amid her ongoing legal battles.
Britney was placed under a conservatorship in 2008 after an alleged mental breakdown, but has been fighting to have her father removed as her conservator.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Jamie posted a screenshot of a Daily Mail headline, which read: “Britney Spears’ sister Jamie Lynn shares photos of her home life… after it’s revealed she is the ONLY family member not on singer’s payroll.”
The star captioned the post: “Facts….now leave my broke-ass alone.”
