James Bond 25 release date has been REVEALED

The next James Bond movie finally has a release date.

It was announced on Monday that the 25th film in the franchise is scheduled to hit cinemas on November 8th, 2019.

As always, it is expected that the movie will be released slightly earlier in the UK.

No other details have been revealed at this time, and very little is known about the next 007 offering.

A long wait: The 25th James Bond movie is due to hit cinemas on November 8th, 2019 | Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer

However The Mirror reported earlier this month that Daniel Craig has signed on to return as Bond, and Adele is being tipped to tackle the theme song again.

Daniel said back in 2015 that he would rather slit his wrists than reprise the role a fifth time, and if he did “it would only be for the money”.

Although a director has not been confirmed, the last two movies were helmed by Sam Mendes.

Meanwhile Neal Purvis and Robert Wade will be tackling the script after working on all four of Daniel’s Bond films: Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall and Spectre.
