Jada Pinkett Smith reveals family were investigated over claims they were ‘starving’ Willow

The famous family were probed by Child Protective Services

Jada Pinkett Smith has revealed her family were investigated by Child Protective Services, over claims they were “starving” her daughter Willow.

During the latest episode of her Red Table Talk show on Facebook, Jada said they were once visited by CPS when Willow was 14-years-old.

When a viewer asked Willow if she’s ever defended her parents from crazy rumours, Jada said: “When someone called Child Protective Services and they said we were starving Willow!”

Jada’s daughter then explained that someone called CPS, after their family friend Moises Arias posted a photo of himself shirtless in bed with Willow – and people thought she looked too slim.

While they were being investigated, Willow said she did her CPS interview while eating a bowl of cereal to prove that she was fine.

She said: “I was looking at the lady the whole time thinking: ‘You could be helping so many kids right now, and you’re wasting your time with a child who has everything they need.'”
