Heather Locklear has been rushed to the hospital, just hours after returning home from jail.
The actress was hospitalised at 3pm on Monday afternoon, after police received a call that someone in her home had overdosed.
Earlier that morning, Heather was released from jail after posting a $20,000 bail.
The 56-year-old had been jailed at 2am on Monday morning, after she allegedly attacked a police officer and kicked an EMT.
The actress had also been taken into custody back in February, after she told deputies that she would ‘shoot them if they ever came to her house again’.
After that, Heather had checked into rehab and was seen leaving an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting.
But just last week, the star was involuntarily hospitalized after she allegedly ‘battered her parents and threatened suicide’.
The star was then required to stay in the psych ward of her local hospital for a 72 hour psychological evaluation.
TMZ have reported that Heather is now getting treatment.
