Harry Hamlin has revealed his “feelings” about his daughter Amelia’s relationship with Scott Disick.
In the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, the actor and his wife Lisa Rinna invited her co-stars over to their home for a surprise birthday party for Garcelle Beauvais.
Their youngest daughter’s romance with Scott, who is 20 years older than her, was a hot topic at the party.
Kyle Richards pointed out that she was Amelia’s age when she welcomed her eldest daughter, Farrah, with her ex-husband Guraish Aldjufrie.
“Amelia’s 19. That’s how old I was when I had my first. Can you imagine?” she said. “So just so you know, it could be happening.”
Harry replied: “No, no, no…”, with Kyle laughing at his reaction.
Addressing rumours Amelia and Scott were engaged, Lisa said: “The press stuff that’s coming is, like, holy guacamole. My mom saw it in the market and called and said, ‘Is this true?’ I’m like, ‘Mom, no!’ But I mean, that’s what we’re dealing with.”
Harry said: “My feelings about it, I must confess: the issue that’s the most enduring is the age difference, which to me is odd.”
“But, then again, every time I think of that, I think of myself and [my ex] Ursula Andress. I was 14 years younger than she when we had [our son] Dimitri, so I can’t really complain, right?”
Amelia, 20, and Scott, 38, were first linked in October 2020, when they attended Kendall Jenner’s birthday party together.
Scott previously dated Kourtney Kardashian from 2006 until 2015, and the former couple share three children.
