Fans on social media are divided as Billie Eilish admits she doesn’t know who legendary rock band Van Halen are.
The 17-year-old musician appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last week, but today the incident is trending on Twitter with fans both defending and shaming the star for her admission.
“You know who Madonna is?” asks the show’s host, to which Billie advises she does. “Can you name a Van Halen?” he asks.
“Who?” the star responds.
“I’m going to start crying,” responds Jimmy.
Fans have taken to Twitter to defend the future legend for not knowing who the California hard rock band are.
